- 1 cup Carrots
- 3 cup Cooked rice
- 2 each Egg
- 1 cup Peas
- 1 pound Shrimp
- 3 tablespoon Soy sauce
Instructions
- Scramble eggs in a pan and set aside.
- Cook shrimp until pink, remove.
- Stir fry vegetables, then add rice.
- Return shrimp and eggs, add soy sauce, and mix well.
