- 2 cup Cucumber
- 1 cup Feta cheese
- 3 tablespoon Olive oil
- 0.5 cup Olives
- 0.5 cup Red onion
- 1 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
- 2 cup Tomato
Instructions
- Chop vegetables and combine in a bowl.
- Add feta and olives.
- Toss with olive oil and vinegar.
