- 2 cup Bean sprouts
- 2 each Egg
- 0.5 cup Peanut sauce
- 8 ounce Rice noodles
- 1 pound Shrimp
Instructions
- Soak noodles until soft.
- Cook shrimp and set aside.
- Scramble eggs, then add noodles and sauce.
- Toss in shrimp and sprouts.
